There are not many courses in Sydney that cater for the needs of the corporate and individual golfer.

Camden Lakeside Country Club will provide a standard of course, clubhouse and service that your executives and their guests can rely on to be of the highest quality to ensure a great day’s golfing.

We have limited positions for companies to register for special corporate benefits and join others who are already experiencing the benefits of membership at Camden Lakeside.

By joining our Corporate or Individual Membership you and your guests can experience golfing at its very best.

Camden Lakeside Country Club is a Championship Golf Course that has been in operation since 1993. It has become a popular destination for all levels of golfers and provides the highest standard of award winning clubhouse and function facilities.

Camden Lakeside Country Club is a par 72 course of 6400 meters and has been rated 72 by the AGU. The only course in Sydney to be designed by 5 Times British Open winner Peter Thomson AO CBE and his design partners, Ross Perrett and Mike Wolveridge and is a links style course, embracing a traditional golfing heritage. Three tee positions are available to suit golfers of all levels, in addition, five tiger tees for the more adventurous.

We have included information on how our membership will operate as well as full details of the course and its facilities. An application form is also enclosed.

All you have to do to register is fill out the application form on the reverse of this page and ensure that you nominate a contact person who will be responsible for coordination of your Company’s bookings.

If your application is successful you will be sent a letter of confirmation from the General Manager. In this letter you will be advised of your membership number. This must be used with all correspondence and must be quoted when booking to ensure the full benefits of the membership are available. This also acts as security for your company to prevent the misuse of your entitlements and for you to monitor your company’s involvement with Camden Lakeside.

In adapting this piece of land to the playing of golf, we have carefully preserved all its natural features, such as trees, small creeks and lakes, while adding a few more in the shape of mounds and hollows, as one would find on the famous old courses where the origins of golf began. As a result of our design we have won awards for integration of environmental systems, products and technology into our business practices.

The bunkers are seaside type pot style, so that escape is not easy - but then golf is a game of strategy, or it should be. The real challenge at Camden Lakeside is getting to the green. Once there putting should be fun on generally flat surfaces, again just as you would find on the classic old courses.

Nothing has been spared in the creation of first class turf for fairways and greens. These are sophisticated grasses which should stand up to all the stresses nature and man might impose. Also we have landscaped the property to restore it to how it was a hundred years ago when our pioneers first came by.

I hope then it has been worthwhile and Camden Lakeside will meet your expectations and give you many occasions of golfing pleasure. We have had no other aim from the beginning. If you become familiar with this course, you can say that you've paid a visit to St. Andrews and Carnoustie, Troon, Birkdale and St. Georges. There is a little bit of all of them here.

  • Up to 16 players can be used from your Corporate Register at any one time, subject to normal booking requirements and conditions. 
  • Invitation to attend Annual Golf Day with Mr. Peter Thomson AO CBE (Four players by invitation) 
  • This Level of Membership will includes an official AGU or WGA handicap which will be processed under the Golf Link handicap system. 
  • Handicapping under the auspices of the New South Wales Golf Association will be available for One (1) nominated member and the Club will pay the Association Annual Membership fee.
  • Discounted prices of $5.00 per bucket on range balls. (Subject to change without notice)
  • Weekday Members Guest rate $59.00 per person includes shared motorised cart 
  • Weekend Members Guest rate $69.00 per person includes shared motorised cart 
  • No More Than (15) Guests May Be Introduced At One Time A Member Must Accompany All Guests. 
  • Any additional handicaps will incur an administration and processing fee of $150.00per handicap processed. A maximum number of three (3) additional handicaps will be allowed linked to the Platinum Membership at any given time. (Each handicap once processed are non-refundable or transferable!)
  • A list of competition dates will be posted in the Golf Shop monthly and club Championships will be held in spring each year.
  • Locker room facilities are available on a daily basis. 
  • Camden Lakeside Country Club will continue to offer its facilities to corporations and to the general public for use of the Golf Course. 
  • Camden Lakeside Country Club reserves the right to make all decisions relating to course and clubhouse administration.

  • No More Than (15) Guests May Be Introduced At One Time A Member Must Accompany All Guests. 
  • Weekday Guest $47.00 per player (Walking Cart Optional) 
  • Weekday Guest $59.00 per player (inclusive of shared motorised golf cart)
