Information

Function Room Reservations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing, accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of $500. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your Special Event. Cheques should be made payable to Camden Lakeside. Where confirmation is not received by the required due date Camden Lakeside reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice.

In the Event of Cancellation
Your deposit is non refundable in the event of Cancellation. If your
event is Cancelled or Substantially changed within Seven(7) Days of your event taking place Camden Lakeside reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the expected Food, Beverage & Service Revenue.

Menu Selection
We are pleased to assist you with menu selections, however to ensure
your needs are met, it is necessary to provide your selection no later
than one week prior to the date of your function.
The cost of service staff is included in the attached menu options.

Minimum Number of Guests
Our Packages are based upon a minimum of 85 guests unless
otherwise stated, Should you have less than this number a surcharge
will apply per person , please see prices on menus or ask our
Food and Beverage Team for a detailed costing

Guaranteed Numbers
To allow our staff to serve you with the utmost quality care, minimum
attendance must be confirmed by no later than
Five(5) Working Days prior to the date of your function.
This is the minimum number you will be invoiced and catered for.

Parking
Camden Lakeside provides 175 complimentary parking spaces.

Liquor Licence
Camden Lakeside staff are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to intoxicated patrons. Our Restaurant Licensing Laws does not allow us to permit patrons or guests to bring food or beverages onto the premises.

Meeting Room
Rental Charges, if applicable are dependant on the time period required, the number of guests in attendance and general catering requirements. Anyone of our Food & Beverage Management Team will be pleased to provide rates on request.

Payment
Full payment for meals and beverages will be required upon confirmation of the number of guests attending, unless prior credit arrangements have been made with management.

Labour Charge
We would be delighted if you stayed longer, however this increases our costs. Each additional hour or part there of will incur a labour charge of $350 & notice of additional time required must be advised no later than One(1) week prior to the event.

Damage
The organiser is financially responsible for any damage sustained to Camden Lakeside property during functions. The use of walls for display material and nails, staples or tape attachment to floors or ceilings is not permitted. The use of any type of confetti on or around the premises will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

Celebration Cake
It is company policy that Camden Lakeside will not service Celebration Cakes to be served as Dessert, which are provided from outside services and or guests. We will however be pleased to cut your Celebration Cake into small pieces and service it on a Silver Platter.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the Function Centre
Smoking IS permitted on the Function Terrace

Menu
* Please select two meals from each course (entrée, main & dessert).
* The meal costs as indicated on the following page includes the
cost of service staff, room hire and set up over a 4 hour duration.
* Your chosen meals will be served alternately to your guests.
* All main meals will be served with seasonal fresh vegetables
and a Fresh Bread Roll.

~ Additional Services Available ~

Master of Ceremonies
The Master of Ceremonies will be available for a minimum four (4)
hour duration. A mutual meeting time will be arranged prior
to your day to ensure your function runs smoothly.
Cost: $300.00. Additional Half Hour: $30.00.

Disc Jockey
The Disc Jockey is available for a minimum four (4) hour duration.
Should you require his services, a music book will be provided
for you to select songs. Please return this book to the
Function Manager on confirmation.
Cost: $300.00. Additional Half Hour: $30.00.

Table Arrangements
We are able to provide Table arrangements for the guests tables
upon your request. You will need to advise the colours and type
of arrangement required for a set price per table decoration.

Take Away Car
All Take Away cars will drive you one hour from The Lakeside Centre.
A complimentary bottle of champagne will be provided for the journey.
